How much should I practice between lessons?Your progress will largely depend on how much time you put into your at-home practice sessions. 20 to 30-minute of focused/ goal oriented practice sessions for beginners, and 60-minute practice sessions for more advanced drummers per day will guarantee a good amount of progress each week. I recommend you use a drum diary to write down any questions, observations, and struggles to discuss at your next lesson.
